Republic Services at 2800 Erie Street South, Massillon, Ohio.

I would not recommend Republic Services, they have missed our trash 3 times in the last 10 months and the last time the entire neighborhood. I have called to ask when they would be out and they did nothing. I called again 2 days later and they now say they will send someone out or offer a one time credit. I do not have the time to keep calling them. In my opinion they did not make the situation right, with bags overfull in my yard, trash bags in my garage and trash that needs to go out from my kitchen. I have used them for many years and wanted to give them the benefit. They do not seem to be interested in keeping long term customers. I need a reliable company and Republic unfortunately is not that company. .
