Hacks! Iam so disgusted with this business they are a joke and need to be closed forever! I brought my cusins ipad in to get the cracked screen replaced. After my husband picked it i instructed him to put it away because it was our fault it cracked so we did the right thing and kept it to be fixed. Well when they came to get it and we actually got to look at it, this business had ruined other parts of the ipad. When you took the cover off you could see gouges all down the side. You could tell it was from them prying the old screen out. There was a random blue mark in the center of the screen when you turned it on and the touch screen was ruined. The ipad would no longer swipe correctly actually not at all! The screen was lifted just slightly in the corner as well. Now when i called these people to tell them what they did the guy Ryan was extremely rude, told me to f off basically because it was past the 7 day return. He then hung up on me and when tried calling atleast 10 more times they would not answer the phone! After telling this to a family member i discovered they ruined my nephews iPhone, he discribed similar problems and it ended up costing hims hundreds of dollars to fix what they did. I am in the middle of reporting them to the BBB and i plan on doing everything in my power to make sure these people pay for what thay did. Please do yourself a favor DO NOT bring your business here they will ruin your device and furthur more theive your money.
